Descriptor: We join presenter Mark Rumble in the "Lottery HQ" studio wearing a pair of the "famous" white gloves, holding one of Thunderball's thirty four balls, in his right hand. Mark Rumble: Now we've seen on telly when the balls are selected, have you ever wondered about them?
Descriptor: We then see a clip from a recent Thunderball draw with the balls mixing and bouncing in the draw machine drum.
Mark continues: Well, we thought we'd go behind the scenes and find out more about them.
Descriptor: We now find Mark standing outside the Weights and measures building
Mark: Now it's here where the balls are tested to make sure they are a suitable quality to be used in The National Lottery draws, and believe you me, the tests are very strict.
Descriptor: ...he walks into the building and meets Paul van den Bosch (Camelot's Senior Draw Process Manager) dressed in a suit, sitting in one of the testing areas.
Mark: So Paul, tell us what your role within working for The National Lottery?
Paul: My primary responsibility is to ensure and maintain the complete integrity of every part of the draw process for every draw that's taking place in the name of The National Lottery.
